About Me

What if your greatest struggles were the doorway to a deeper, more fulfilling life?

Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one, living with the impacts of childhood trauma, or struggling with depression, anxiety, or relationship challenges- my work is grounded in the knowledge that healing is possible. I support individuals, adolescents, and couples in moving beyond survival, helping them reconnect with their core selves and create meaningful, lasting change.

My therapeutic approach draws from depth psychology, somatic therapy, attachment theory and developmental psychology, transpersonal psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I integrate these modalities to help clients identify the root causes of their distress and transform emotional pain into growth, clarity, and a more meaningful life. Together, we’ll explore the layers of past experience and unconscious belief systems that may be shaping your current patterns, while learning the skills to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I offer a warm, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental space where your full experience is welcomed. My personal experience with significant loss allows me to walk alongside others through their grief with empathy and integrity. I am a trained hospice volunteer and certified in traumatic grief through the MISS Foundation’s Compassionate Bereavement Care certification program.

Next Steps, Together

I believe the power for healing and change lives within each of us, though we don’t always have to do it alone. I’m here to support you in stepping into a more empowered, compassionate, and connected version of yourself. I look forward to working with you.
