Hello and welcome!
I’m Justine, a licensed mental health therapist and licensed substance use disorder clinician with over 14 years of experience. My passion is helping individuals aged 13 and older on their unique paths to healing. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, youth populations, and addictions, and I bring a trauma-informed approach to every session.
I began my career working with nonprofit organizations, supporting youth struggling with addictions and mental health disorders. Over time, I broadened my skills by joining a group practice and leading an online addiction center before moving into private practice. I understand that no two people are alike, so our work together will be tailored to meet your specific needs. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, or an integrated mix that best supports your journey.
